📍 When You May Request a Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • Swift has not started working on your service, and

  • Your documents have not yet been received

As agreed to in the Terms and Conditions at checkout:

  • A $100 cancellation fee applies

🧾 If Your Service Is Already in Progress

If Swift has already begun working on your service:

  • You may only be eligible for a refund of government or consular fees, depending on the stage of processing

Refund eligibility depends on whether payments have already been submitted to the government or consulate.
