Learn when you are eligible for a refund, how cancellation fees apply, and situations where refunds are not available.
📍 When You May Request a Refund
You may request a refund if:

Swift has not started working on your service, and
-
Your documents have not yet been received
As agreed to in the Terms and Conditions at checkout:

A $100 cancellation fee applies
🧾 If Your Service Is Already in Progress
If Swift has already begun working on your service:

You may not be eligible for a refund

You may only be eligible for a refund of government or consular fees, depending on the stage of processing
Refund eligibility depends on whether payments have already been submitted to the government or consulate.
✅ If Your Service Is Completed
If your passport or visa service has been completed:

You are not eligible for a refund
📧 How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund:

Include your full name and order details
Requests are reviewed based on the status of your service.
🚫 When Refunds Are Not Provided
Swift does not provide refunds for:

FedEx or carrier delays
-
Consular or government processing delays
-
Government denial of a passport
-
Consulate denial of a visa

Customer cancellation after the passport or visa is already in process at the Passport Agency or consulate
Government or consular fees may only be refundable if payment was not required by the government or consulate at the time of processing.
