🧾 What the China Visa Fees Include

China visa costs are made up of multiple components, some of which are set by the Chinese consulate.

Your total cost may include:

• Swift service fee

• Chinese consulate visa fee

• Return shipping costs

Fees vary based on passport type and service selection.

💰 Swift Service Fees

Swift offers two China visa service options:

Full China Visa Service

• Swift service fee: $450

• Includes:

  • Application completion and monitoring

  • Consulate submission and pickup 

China Visa Pickup-Only Service

• Swift service fee: $150

• Includes:

  • Pickup of completed visa from the consulate

If more than one passport is included for pickup, each additional passport is $50.

🏛️ Chinese Consulate Visa Fees

• For U.S. passport holders, the consulate visa fee is $140

• Fees for foreign passport holders vary and are set by the consulate

Swift does not control consulate fees or fee changes.

📦 Shipping Costs

• Return shipping starts at $30

• Swift uses FedEx for all passport shipments

• Delivery time and cost depend on the shipping option selected

FedEx delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

💡 What’s Included vs. Not Included

Included in Swift’s service:

• Application submission according to consulate requirements

• In-person consulate visits on your behalf

• Passport pickup on the consulate’s completion date

• Tracking updates 

Not included:

• Consulate visa approval guarantees

• Expedited or same-day consulate processing

• Costs charged by third-party carriers for delays or reroutes

⏳ Refund & Cancellation Considerations

• If Swift has not yet started your service, you may request a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee

• If your service is already in progress, refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing

Refunds do not include consulate fees already paid.
