- Approval Status: Once your application is approved, you must email us a full screenshot of the approval status. This screenshot should clearly show:
- “Passport to be Submitted” status
- Barcode
- Applicant name
- Consular jurisdiction
- Consular fee
- If you have submitted your passport yourself, you can utilize our pickup service. You will receive a pink pickup slip from the consulate, which you must provide to us.
- For those who cannot physically bring the pickup slip to our office, you can overnight the slip to us, and we will handle the pickup from the consulate.
- The fee for the first passport pickup from the Chinese consulate is $150, with an additional $50 for each subsequent passport. This fee is in addition to any consulate fees that must be paid upon pickup.
- Return shipping starts at $30.
