Learn how to determine the correct Chinese consulate jurisdiction for your application and where to ship your passport.
📍 How to Determine Your Consulate Jurisdiction

-
The home address listed on your proof of residence (e.g., valid driver's license, state ID card)
The address on your ID must match the consulate jurisdiction you select.
You do not choose a consulate based on:
-
Your current university location
-
Your employer’s address
-
Where you are temporarily staying
