What Does “Expected Date of Completion” Mean?

The Expected Date of Completion is:

  • The date we expect your passport or visa to be finished

  • The estimated date the government or consulate completes processing

It is not the delivery date.


📦 What It Does Not Include

The Expected Date of Completion does not account for:

  • Return shipping time

  • FedEx delivery timelines

  • Weather or carrier delays

Your actual delivery date depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.


🌐 Special Note for e-Visas

For e-Visas:

  • The Expected Date of Completion is the estimated date the visa will be issued

  • Once issued, it will be emailed to you

Shipping timelines do not apply to e-Visas.
