🧾 How to Check Traveler Application Status

From the SwiftPass dashboard, click Applications in the left sidebar.

Use the search bar or filters to locate a specific traveler or application.

Click into the traveler’s application to see:

The progress bar showing key stages (e.g., New, Documents Sent, Application Processing).

Step statuses within each stage (Submitted, Approved, etc.).

📂 What You Can Do as an Admin

Review or upload supporting documents if needed.

Use the in-app chat to communicate directly with Swift.

View checklist completion progress for any traveler under your organization.
