📄 Downloading Completed Travel Documents (Traveler Admin)

📁 Where to Find Completed Applications

• From your SwiftPass dashboard, click Applications in the left menu.
• Use the filter options at the top to select Completed applications.

🔍 View and Download a Traveler’s Document

• Click into a traveler’s completed application to open the detail view.
• You’ll see:
  • Completed Date — when processing was finalized.
  • Tracking Number and Carrier — for physical documents like passports.
  • View Document — open or download the eVisa or completed file directly.

🧾 Notes

• Admins can download files directly, depending on company-granted permissions.

• Completed documents remain securely stored in SwiftPass for future access.
