📦 Finding Your Tracking Number (Traveler View)

Learn how to locate and track your shipment once your passport or visa has been sent back to you.

🚚 When Tracking Becomes Available

  • When Swift ships your documents, your order status updates to Documents Shipped.
  • You’ll see this reflected in the status bar at the top of your SwiftPass application.

🔎 Where to Find Your Tracking Number

  • Locate the Completed Date section of your order.
  • You’ll see:
    • Tracking Number — linked directly to the carrier’s tracking page.
    • Carrier Name — the shipping company handling your return package (e.g., FedEx).

📦 When Delivery Is Complete

  • Once the carrier confirms delivery, SwiftPass automatically updates your order to Order Complete.
  • You can always revisit your completed order to view your shipment details.

🧾 Notes

  • Most orders include one tracking number, specifically for the return of the completed visa or passport.
  • For e-Visas, no physical shipment is required; instead, you’ll download the visa directly from SwiftPass.
