đź“‹ Steps
- Open your active application
From your traveler dashboard, select the application you’d like to complete. You’ll see a list of sections that make up your form, such as Personal Information, Passport and Nationality, Employment History, and Past Travel. - Select a section to begin
Click any section title to open it. Each section contains a short, focused form so that long visa applications are broken into easy, manageable parts. - Complete the required fields
Fill in each question accurately. Required fields are marked clearly. SwiftPass automatically saves your progress as you move through each section. - Use the “Save” and “Save and Submit” buttons
- Save: Saves your progress so you can return later.
- Save and Submit: Marks the section as complete. The section will minimize and show a Submitted label.
- Resume later if needed
If you leave before completing all sections, SwiftPass will reopen your application exactly where you left off. Completed sections stay minimized; unsubmitted sections remain open. - Submit all sections for review
Once every section shows Submitted, Swift will review your entire application.
You can still view the information entered, but it will be locked for editing until reviewed. - Request changes if necessary
If you notice an error after submitting, message the Swift team through the in-app chat. A Swift representative can temporarily reopen the section for correction.
âś… Expected Result
- Each section of your application form is completed and marked Submitted.
- You can save and resume work at any time without losing progress.
- Once all sections are submitted, Swift reviews your full application for approval.
