📋 What “Submitted” Means
When each checklist item in SwiftPass shows Submitted, it means your materials have been successfully received by Swift.
Swift will now begin reviewing everything for accuracy and completeness.

✍️ Additional Steps for Standard Visas
If your visa type requires physical documents, you’ll see these next steps after Swift approval:
- Sign Documents – Lists which forms must be printed and signed.
- Prepare Shipment – Explains what to include in your package, such as your passport and signed forms.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry and include two blank facing visa pages.
Amendment pages are not counted as visa pages.
- Ship Application Packet – Provides Swift’s shipping address and final mailing instructions.
Swift will confirm receipt once your shipment is delivered and continue processing your order.
đź•“ What to Expect Next
- You can always check your dashboard to see which steps are Submitted, Approved, or require action.
- Once all items are approved, Swift will move your order into Application Processing and notify you automatically.
đź’¬ Tip
Keep an eye on your dashboard and inbox for updates — Swift will send both system notifications and secure messages when your attention is needed.
