It gives travelers a clear, structured process — from login and form completion to document uploads, review, and delivery.

Each application follows the same consistent structure, so you always know where you are and what comes next.

📋 How the Process Works

1. Login Securely
   Use your company credentials through Single Sign-On (SSO) to access your traveler dashboard.
2. Follow Your Checklist
   Each service includes a simple checklist showing every step of your process.
   You’ll complete forms, upload documents, and see progress indicators for each item.
3. Swift Reviews and Approves
   Swift reviews your submissions for accuracy. Items change from Submitted to Approved once verified.
   If updates are needed, Swift will alert you right in your checklist.
4. Application Processing
   After approval, Swift submits your materials to the appropriate consulate or agency and updates your order status automatically.
   Track, Message, and Review
   You can log in anytime to see your current status, message Swift, and view completed documents.
   
   For some accounts, Admins can also monitor all travelers’ progress in one dashboard.
