📋 Overview
SwiftPass automatically notifies travelers when progress is made on their application. You’ll receive updates by email and see the same information reflected in your traveler dashboard, so you always know when action is needed.
✉️ Email Notifications and Reminders
- SwiftPass sends email updates whenever your application changes status — for example, when your documents are received, approved, or require resubmission.
- If any forms or documents are still incomplete, you’ll receive helpful reminders to stay on track. These start weekly and increase to daily as your deadline approaches.
- You’ll also receive confirmation when Swift has reviewed your materials.
The message reads:
“Great news — we’ve reviewed and approved all of your uploaded documents and completed forms. You’re now ready to submit your full visa application. Log in to SwiftPass to see your next steps.”
🗂️ Dashboard Updates
- Your traveler dashboard displays the same information as your email notifications, all in one secure place.
- Status labels such as Submitted, Approved, or Resubmit Required appear beside each checklist item, showing progress at a glance.
🔁 Resubmission Requests
- If Swift or the consulate requires a correction or an updated document, you’ll see a red Resubmit Required label.
- Click the affected item to view instructions and upload the corrected file.
- You’ll also receive an email with the same guidance for clarity.
💬 In-App Chat
- You can message the Swift team directly from your application using the in-app chat feature.
- Use it if you have questions about your forms, need help with uploads, or want clarification on your next steps.
- Messages are secure, and all replies stay linked to your specific application. You’ll also receive a notification when Swift responds, ensuring no updates are missed.
