đź§ľ Uploading Supporting Documents
This article explains how to upload required documents in SwiftPass, check their submission status, and understand when they’ve been approved by the Swift team

đź“‹ Steps
- Open your active application
From your traveler dashboard, select the application where documents need to be uploaded. - Locate the “Upload Supporting Documents” step
On your checklist, find the line labeled Upload Supporting Documents.
You’ll see a list of required items, such as Passport Scan, Photo, or Invitation Letter. - Upload each required file
- Click the Upload button next to each document name.
- Select one or multiple files from your device.
- The upload indicator will change to Submitted once the file is received.
- Check your submission status
- Documents marked Submitted are waiting for review.
- Once the Swift team approves them, the status changes to Approved.
- Replace or add new files if requested
- If Swift or the consulate requires a new or corrected file, the item will show Resubmit in red text.
- Click that item to reopen the upload option and attach the new document.
- Confirm all uploads are complete
- Once every document shows Submitted or Approved, that section of your checklist will be marked complete.
- You can move on to the next step in your application process.

- All required documents are uploaded and marked Submitted or Approved.
- The traveler checklist shows progress toward full completion.
- If additional documents are needed, a Resubmit label appears clearly in red.

- Only required files listed in the checklist should be uploaded; unnecessary files may delay review.
- You can view or download uploaded files until they are approved.
- If you need to change an approved file, contact Swift support via the in-app chat.
