🔍 Using the Filter View (Traveler Admin)
Learn how Traveler Admins can filter, sort, and export applications in SwiftPass to quickly locate travelers and monitor progress.

🔎 How to Use Filters
- Go to Applications from the left sidebar.
- Click Filters at the top of the page.
- Use the free-text search for traveler names or dropdowns for:
- Service Type (Visa, Passport, eVisa)
- Status (e.g., Application Documents Sent)
- Missing Items / On Hold
- Destination or Passport Country
- Initiated, Expected, or Actual Completion Dates
- Click Apply Filters to update your view.
- Active filters appear below the toolbar. Click the X next to any filter to remove it.
📤 Exporting Filtered Results
You can export the current filtered list or all applications as a CSV file.
Just click Export at the top-right of the Applications page.
