🔍 Using the Filter View (Traveler Admin)

Learn how Traveler Admins can filter, sort, and export applications in SwiftPass to quickly locate travelers and monitor progress.

🔎 How to Use Filters

  1. Go to Applications from the left sidebar.
  2. Click Filters at the top of the page.
  3. Use the free-text search for traveler names or dropdowns for:
    1. Service Type (Visa, Passport, eVisa)
    2. Status (e.g., Application Documents Sent)
    3. Missing Items / On Hold
    4. Destination or Passport Country
    5. Initiated, Expected, or Actual Completion Dates
  4. Click Apply Filters to update your view.
  5. Active filters appear below the toolbar. Click the X next to any filter to remove it.

📤 Exporting Filtered Results

You can export the current filtered list or all applications as a CSV file.

Just click Export at the top-right of the Applications page.
