# 🔍 Using the Filter View (Traveler Admin)

## Learn how Traveler Admins can filter, sort, and export applications in SwiftPass to quickly locate travelers and monitor progress.

### **🔎 How to Use Filters**

1. Go to **Applications** from the left sidebar.
2. Click **Filters** at the top of the page.
3. Use the free-text search for **traveler names** or dropdowns for: 
     1. Service Type (Visa, Passport, eVisa)
     2. Status (e.g., Application Documents Sent)
     3. Missing Items / On Hold
     4. Destination or Passport Country
     5. Initiated, Expected, or Actual Completion Dates
4. Click **Apply Filters** to update your view.
5. Active filters appear below the toolbar. Click the **X** next to any filter to remove it.

### **📤 Exporting Filtered Results**

You can export the current filtered list or all applications as a **CSV file**.

Just click **Export** at the top-right of the Applications page.

### **💡 Why Filtering Helps**

Filtering helps Traveler Admins quickly identify travelers needing attention, monitor statuses, and keep application workflows on track.
