🧾 Where to Find a Copy of Your Completed Visa – Traveler

Learn how to access, download, and track your completed visa in SwiftPass — whether it’s an e-Visa or a physical visa in a passport.

When Your Visa Is Complete

Once your visa application is finished, SwiftPass automatically updates your order status to Completed.

You’ll see:

  • Completed Date
  • Tracking Number
  • Carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

🔹 For e-Visas (Electronic Visas)

If your visa was issued electronically:

  1. Log into your SwiftPass account.
  2. Open your Completed order.
  3. Click View Document to open your eVisa.
  4. Download and print a copy — you must carry it with you when traveling.

💡 Your eVisa will remain securely stored in SwiftPass if you need to access or reprint it later.

 

🔹 For Physical Visas (Stamped in Passport)

If your visa was issued in your passport:

  1. Open your Completed order in SwiftPass.
  2. Find your Tracking Number and Carrier listed under the Completed Date.
  3. Click the tracking link to view your return shipment updates.

Once your passport arrives, review your visa to confirm all details are correct before travel.
