#### **🔐 Logging In**

Traveler Admins log in through the same secure **Single Sign-On (SSO)** process as travelers.

- Go to [https://swiftpass.swiftpassportservices.com/login/sso](https://swiftpass.swiftpassportservices.com/login/sso)
- Click **“Login with SSO.”**
- Enter your **work email** (personal emails will not work).
- You’ll be redirected to your company’s Microsoft (or equivalent) login page to authenticate.

After authentication, you’ll land directly on the **Admin Dashboard**, where you can view, filter, and track all travelers and active applications in your organization.

### **🧩 What You’ll See After Login**

Your **Admin Dashboard** displays:

- A full list of travelers you oversee
- Status columns showing where each traveler’s order is in the process (New, Documents Received, In Review, Completed)
- Tools to **filter**, **search**, or **view traveler details**

This dashboard is your control center for managing multiple traveler applications at once.

#### **💡 Troubleshooting Tips**

- If you see the message **“Unable to initiate SSO login. Please try again,”** verify that you are using your company email address and try again.
- If the issue persists, contact your company’s administrator about log in issues with email.
