🔐 Logging In

Traveler Admins log in through the same secure Single Sign-On (SSO) process as travelers.

After authentication, you’ll land directly on the Admin Dashboard, where you can view, filter, and track all travelers and active applications in your organization.

🧩 What You’ll See After Login

Your Admin Dashboard displays:

  • A full list of travelers you oversee

  • Status columns showing where each traveler’s order is in the process (New, Documents Received, In Review, Completed)

  • Tools to filter, search, or view traveler details

This dashboard is your control center for managing multiple traveler applications at once.

💡 Troubleshooting Tips

  • If you see the message “Unable to initiate SSO login. Please try again,” verify that you are using your company email address and try again.

  • If the issue persists, contact your company’s administrator about log in issues with email.
