🔐 Logging In
Traveler Admins log in through the same secure Single Sign-On (SSO) process as travelers.

Click “Login with SSO.”

Enter your work email (personal emails will not work).

You’ll be redirected to your company’s Microsoft (or equivalent) login page to authenticate.
After authentication, you’ll land directly on the Admin Dashboard, where you can view, filter, and track all travelers and active applications in your organization.
🧩 What You’ll See After Login
Your Admin Dashboard displays:

A full list of travelers you oversee

Status columns showing where each traveler’s order is in the process (New, Documents Received, In Review, Completed)

Tools to filter, search, or view traveler details
This dashboard is your control center for managing multiple traveler applications at once.
💡 Troubleshooting Tips

If you see the message “Unable to initiate SSO login. Please try again,” verify that you are using your company email address and try again.
